Request account deletion — Track Wallet

App: Track Wallet – Budget & Expense Tracker (com.moneymindai.wallet)

If you created a cloud account by signing in with Google inside Track Wallet, you can ask us to delete your Firebase Authentication account and associated cloud data (for example backups in Firebase Storage and any synced data tied to your user ID).

In-app deletion (fastest)

Open the app → Settings → Delete cloud account. This immediately removes your app cloud account data, signs you out, and clears local app data on that device.

How to request deletion

Send an email to kivonsinfotech@gmail.com from the same Google address you used to sign in to the app (so we can verify ownership).
Use subject line: Track Wallet — account deletion request.
We will confirm receipt and delete your cloud account and associated user data within a reasonable time (typically within 30 days), except where we must retain information by law.

Note: Deleting your cloud account does not automatically delete the app from your phone. You can uninstall the app anytime. Local-only data (if you used “continue without account”) is removed by clearing app data or uninstalling; we do not hold a cloud account for that mode.
