This policy describes how we handle information when you use Track Wallet. Host this file at an HTTPS URL and enter that URL in Google Play Console.

1. Overview

Track Wallet helps you track finances. Data you enter is stored primarily on your device. If you use Sign in with Google and cloud features, data may be stored in Google Firebase under your account.

2. Data we process

• Google account (optional): If you sign in, we use Google Sign-In / Firebase Authentication. Google may provide identifiers, email, name, and profile photo for display and account security.
• Financial and related data you enter: Transactions, goals, budgets, daybook entries, and similar content you create in the app.
• Optional cloud backup: If you use backup features, a compressed backup file may be stored in Firebase Storage for your signed-in Google account.
• Analytics: We may use Firebase Analytics for aggregated usage (not raw transaction text).

3. Third parties

We use Google services (Sign-In, Firebase, optional AI). See Google’s Privacy Policy.

4. Your choices and deletion

You can delete local data in the app (Settings). For signed-in users, you can also delete cloud account/data directly in the app via Settings → Delete cloud account. Additional options are listed on our account deletion and data deletion pages.
